Paramount Painting is an independent, locally owned and operated service company located in Knoxville, Tennessee. Established in 2002, the company began with one man, one vision, and one goal in mind. That goal was to make certain that each customer received the most of what a painting service had to offer. Since then, Paramount Painting has become one of the most referred services in the business. Who We Are

Daniel Keck
Born and raised in the rural Knoxville area, it is here that I have spent my entire life living, working and supporting my hometown of East Tennessee. I began painting in 1996, where I received my apprenticeship as an understudy from a highly skilled 2nd generation painting professional. Through much dedicated labor, ongoing support, and a continuous will to over achieve, I received the necessary tools of what it takes to be considered an expert painter. From early on in life I witnessed the benefits of hard work and the rewards that can come from it. In 2001 I received an Associaties Degree from Pellisippi State Community College in Knoxville, paid for by the many brush strokes I endured to earn it.

My education from there continued at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Throughout the years I have been loyal to my family, work, and community. This same devotion continues with every customer I meet.

Chris Elgin
My painting adventure began at an early age of 15, working for my father and our family owned painting company. My knowledge of the painting industry spans three generations, beginning with my grandfather and his traditional style of doing things the old fashioned way. As a third generation painter, I was taught that details make the difference. Over the years I have witnessed that philosophy become reality, by practicing what was preached. There was never any shortcuts in hard work, nor was there a substitute for it either.

My preparation for this venture was also heavily shaped by the instruction I received at Temple Baptist Academy and Crown College in Powell, Tennessee. It is here that success was taught by the emphasis of honesty, integrity, and maintaining a good report. My journey in life has led me through many valuable learning experiences. These lessons learned have prepared the way toward making Paramount Painting the painting service that our customers are looking for.
